Before we begin ANY growth work, exploration or healing it’s so important to come to a place of Stillness.
This is the foundation from which all other awakening arises.
From stillness, we observe with love any experience we are in.
As we observe without being attached we find deeper understanding + meaning. Once something is deeply understood we can access the lightness trying to shine through +++ only then can we attune to the bigger picture, purpose and path unfolding. So, We Meditate. We find Stillness.
We wanted to create space for you to find stillness in the everyday, no matter what life is bringing you. You CAN move through life living powerfully in whatever rhythm you are in. Don’t wait to begin your Journey. Find your Light. Share it in all Directions.
