THIS WEEK, SPEND YOUR ENERGY IN REALLY UNDERSTANDING + ALLOWING THE INFLUENCE OF THE LAST SEASON TO BE SEEN AND HEARD

A week to notice what was, what to let go and to forgive what is. This allowing energy can breath into life . body . mind . business… wherever!  We focus on healing . balance + meditation this week to bring you into stillness.

FINDING LIGHT IN THE EVERYDAY

THE SOULA METHOD

Another way of finding deeper personal awareness is through the lens of Kosha… otherwise known as the sheaths of self.  In the ZenVen Method we looked thru inner . outer + highest self.  Through the Kosha, we can take a deeper look at how the self manifests through the body . mind . emotions . breath + bliss.

I will share a broadcast this week about this… but take a gander and see what resonates.  If you combine your thoughts from the ZenVen, our community gathering and the Soula Method… what comes to you…

AYURVEDA FOR LIFE

DO YOU LIVE IN RHYTHM WITH THE DAY?  THE EARTH?  YOUR BODY?

Have you heard of the Doshic Clock?  It is a perspective of the day through the lens of Ayurveda that can greatly influence our energy, bodies, minds etc.  It states that there are 3 cycles in each day that repeat twice through 24hrs.

Kapha . Pitta + Vatta are the dosha of ayurveda.  Kapha being a grounding, foundational, nourishing energy.  Pitta being a rising, transformative and brilliant energy.  Vatta being a connected, ether-ical and moving energy.

Everyday from 6-10am + 6-10pm we are in KAPHA energy.  10-2am + pm is PITTA energy.  2-6am + pm is VATTA energy.

Our bodies, energy, hearts + minds are all affected by these transitions… more than you be be aware of in this moment.

So, how might this support energy alignment . healing + cleansing?

>> INTERMITTENT FASTING is an amazing way to activate the digestive system and clear Agni as it moves your food intake during the time of day when your digestive fire is at its peak ( PITTA )

>> DRINKING MORE WATER at the start and end of the day is an amazing way to nourish the system when it is most able to receive water ( KAPHA )

>> INTERMITTENT MOVEMENT + MEDITATION at each transit of the day can support the change of energy you may feel ( 10 . 2 + 6 )
