As we all travel together to releasing . integrating + I wanted to share the philosophy of KAIZEN with you all.
The Japanese word kaizen means “change for better”, with inherent meaning of either “continuous” or “philosophy”.
Kaizen is a daily process, the purpose of which goes beyond simple productivity improvement. As it relates to personal development, it allows us to embrace the idea that small, incremental changes over time actually create more power, influence and efficiency in the long term.
1% change over the period of a year is far more influential in your life than trying to overhaul everything in this moment.
Particularly in this Spring . Kapha . Grounding + Healing season that greets us with new life and energy we are far better to step gently and slowly towards our evolution.
One cannot plant a seed and eat an apple in the same day.

CREATE A HEALING SPACE
WHEN . HOW . WHERE … IN WHAT SPACE + ASPECT DO YOU CRAVE HEALING SPACE?
Creating a Healing Space for ourselves is, of course, important in times of need… but having a space to land into on the daily is a big part of living in rhythm… a sacred, cozy and personalized space that we can energetically shape to hold space for us when we are looking for solace.
For me, I have a big comfy chair in my bedroom that is the perfect spot for 5am meditations… I can feel it waiting for me as I rise each day… there is the spot that fits just right for tea and reflections… I have sacred space sprinkled throughout my home…WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Sometimes, creating a healing space is about clearing what needs to go from our physical environment so that we can focus on aligning and cleansing the body and mind.
Sometimes, it is about drawing boundaries with relationships and life needs in order to give your inner self the healing space it needs.
As you consider how to approach our series…
What does your healing space look like?
Is it in place already or what can be done to create one… keep it simple! Is there any conversations, boundaries, scheduling needs, etc that can be put in place to protect your time here? You get the idea!
WOULD YOU LIKE A TRAVELLING PARTNER?
Imagine walking with each breath knowing that you are not alone… even if life asks you to be quiet, protected and distant from others… knowing that you are having space held for you makes all the difference.
Having space held for you is often as easy as expressing what you need and crave into an intentional group environment knowing that what you say is read + heard. Sometimes it is also about being bold, brilliant and clear about how we can each serve each other in the spirit of whatever relationship or conversation we are having.
THIS is the beauty of an awakened collective.
