I ALLOW.

With the rise of Spring and new, fresh air for the Earth it is natural to personally take in new found energy to renew + refresh… the Earth shows us her willingness to open and allow new life to come in.

The same holds true for personal development.  Having spent time in hibernation and feeling ‘done’ with a certain aspect of your life, personal experience, etc. you have found the stillness of perspective and are ready to allow new things to arrive.

Take some time this week to observe Earth + Nature and how she embodies the energy of rhythm, change + seasons.  She can teach us a lot about all of this and more…

The truth is that we are always in a state of allowing.  Everything we experience is a reflection of the vibration that we are moving through the world with… whether that is in a restrictive or expansive vibration it all carries space for meaning, learning + evolution.

Have you ever come across the LAW of DIVINE ONENESS?  It is a powerful, inherent and important energy to remember >>

“Everything is connected to everything else. … Everything that exists seen and unseen are connected to each other, inseparable from each other to a field of divine oneness. Divine all knowing, the matrix, pure consciousness or universal mind energy, sometimes also known as Life Force. Everything is one.”

What about the LAW of CORRESPONDENCE?  This is also another energetic truth to get your heart + head around >>

“This Principle embodies the truth that there is always a correspondence between the laws and phenomena of the various planes of Being and Life. … This Principle is of universal application and manifestation, on the various planes of the material, mental, and spiritual universe — it is an Universal Law.”

As we travel through this week and approach our next gathering, consider this… what is it that you allow into your life and vibration?  What would you like to allow?  What is your Dream?  How do you resist your Dream?  Explore all of it… the restrictive and the expansive.  Not only is it arriving for you in love, no matter what… it is also an amazing marker to regulate and shape your days by…

Keep on practicing the SOULA method… Stillness . Observation . Understanding . Loving Awareness + Activation = Ease + Flow.

We are going to explore all of this together when we meet later this week… so, let’s get the juices flowing.  This coming week we are going to explore >>

>> DAY . MONTH + YEAR seasonal rhythms
>> 10 SCALE focus of desire
>> DREAMING THE DREAM creating a statement of desire

JOURNEY WORK

It would be amazing if you could continue to hone in on your dream as we build our Statements of Desire for next week.  I would recommend going back over the notes that you took today and taking them to a deeper level OR practicing again with another approach, energy or aspect of your life.  We touched on the 10 Scale focus of Desire today but will go back to that again next week.

Remember, it can be as powerful to practicing adjusting from the lens of fear to the lens of love as it is to dream big changes to arrive in your family, body or business.  Choose what is most meaningful and desirable in THIS MOMENT.
