I BEGIN

Ok, so we all agree that we need to be STILL to truly begin, right?!

The one thing I hear the most is that beginning feels the most tiring of all personal development phases… because it really is asking us to LET GO of what has become habit, what is working ( sort of ), what is not working but means we might need to say goodbye… but mostly because it is really asking us to FORGIVE and TRUST that we are cared for as we evolve and that life is happening FOR us rather than TO us.  This IS hard.

Most of us have many experiences that speak to the contradiction of this… we have more than enough reason to engage in life from a place of lack of safety rather than inherent trust that we are being protected along the way.  Does this resonate with you?

When we feel unsafe over short, or long, periods of time we begin to shape our mindset and behaviours to protect us.  We then begin to limit our growth . health and beliefs to prevent safety issues from occurring again.  Our physiology is malleable and shaped as we travel along.  So, no matter where you sit in this spectrum of relationship with the ‘bigger picture’ you can find your way to a place of LOVING . CONTENTMENT + TRUST in life.

Have you ever come across the LAW of VIBRATION?  It is a powerful, inherent and important energy to remember >>

“The law of vibration is one of the basic laws of the universe. It decrees that everything moves, nothing rests, we literally live in an ocean of motion.”  “Everything you want will come to you when you get in harmony with it.”

What about the LAW of KARMA?  This is also another energetic truth to get your heart + head around >>

” In essence, everything we do creates a corresponding energy that comes back to us in some form or another. “

The other concept that I mentioned in our gathering this week was the DOSHIC CLOCK.

This is a practice within the Ayurveda philosophy and can be fantastic at supporting you in beginning to shape your life differently to leave more space for FINDING STILLNESS… among other things…

JOURNEY WORK

I would really love to know that each of you have honed into your DEEPEST WHY… at least the one that feels most true for you right now.   If I only had one piece of wisdom to share with you it would be that DESIRE and CONNECTION to a deeper purpose is what catalyzes lasting and meaningful evolution.  I thought I understood that for years until I really honed in on what was unsettled within me.

>> What is the EVIDENCE of the reality you wish to create?  What will it look like when you realize the release from what is weighing you down OR you experience a dream of yours coming true.  This can be simple . personal and something that you have heard only in whispers within.

>> What is the COST or ABSENCE that is created if you choose to let this dream remain idle for now?

>> What is it that you SEE . FEEL or EXPERIENCE that others do not?  What is YOUR truth or experience that needs the most attention?  Why is it important RIGHT NOW that you put this evolution into practice?
