WHERE ARE YOU NOW?

The inspiration within the 8 EMBODIMENTS of Rhythmic Living is ultimately about supporting you in really, truly observing and accepting WHERE YOU ARE…

You cannot really BEGIN to evolve towards a new personal space without knowing where you are, forgiving yourself for how much you wish to see change… and then moving towards your new vision gently and with wholeness of self in mind.

So, as we begin this experience… it would be great if you would take a few moments to reflect on this for yourself.

We are going to explore this together this week… so, let’s get the juices flowing.  Use this image of the HOLISTIC WELLNESS WHEEL to begin.

WHAT IS YOUR DEEPEST WHY?

Now that you have some deeper insights to the areas of yourself . life . body… whatever you have discovered… it would be great to hone that down to your DEEPEST WHY.

Why?  It would be nearly impossible to create change in multiple areas of your life at one time… and is deeply empowering to experience true evolution in a single area of your life… knowing how sweet it is to see the ripples of change move out and soften your desire or need for improvement within others.

Singular focus on desire and change will impact the whole in ways you cannot imagine until you experience it!  So, let’s keep it simple for now…

Take some time to journal to discover your DEEPEST WHY… ’cause from there you will more likely be in YES mode than WHAT IF mode…

>> What do you crave to SEE . FEEL or EXPERIENCE that feels most important right now?
>> What CHANGE do you wish to bring to your world . relationships . body . life, etc?
>> What PRACTICE do you feel you could use to create this change?
>> What’s the EVIDENCE of the reality you wish to create… how will you know it’s here?

JOURNEY WORK

OK . Last thing for now… let’s talk about NOISE… it is alll around us alll the time.  Noise comes in many forms and at many speeds… and can be highly distracting if we aren’t grounded, distanced and conscious of what it is bringing our way.

I am talking about emotional, mental + spiritual noise… the kind that moves you away from contentment to boredom or frustration… the kind that keeps you focused on the minutia when the bigger picture is calling for you… the kind that detaches you from loving your self, your body, your life… even your children instead of steeping you in acceptance and compassion of what is…

This week, I would like you to spend some time focusing on the type of noise that you encounter.  How do you wake up in the morning?  To what thoughts or emotions?  What keeps you awake at night?  What takes your space while you are out for a walk… what emotions rise and fall during the day and who are they projected at?

INVESTMENT #1 . MORNING EMOTIONAL SCALE
 
Each morning, notice what emotion you are feeling when you first wake up. Simply notice this… without judgement… and record in your journal, sticky notes or wherever you are inspired.
INVESTMENT #2 . YOUR NOISE
 
Throughout the week record emotions, triggers + thoughts as they arise. Again, without judgement… the intention is to notice what, how + why rises for you in heart . mind + body. Notice patterns, timing of day, relationships involved, etc etc
 
>> Record situations + qualities that you feel stand in your way of your best life
>> Consider how you are going to show up in life when you are clear and aligned
>> Each day record thoughts, memories, emotions that relate to these prompts
>> Alongside this practice, also record what you wish to experience in the absence of this noise
